The Clubhouse
THIS IS THE LOCATION FOR OUR COMMUNITY EVENTS & IS AVAILABLE FOR PERSONAL EVENT RENTALS!
When it comes to the Hedgerows Clubhouse, you will find no others like it. It is the perfect combination of both elegance & open concept. As soon as you walk up to the front doors of this impeccable building, you will be greeted with 2 large wooden french doors that leads you into the main rental space of the clubhouse.
Once inside, you are greeted with a back wall full of large french doors that opens up to the community pool area.
To the right of the main rental space, you will find the kitchen which has been equipped with a residential fridge, dishwasher, & even a microwave.
Down the hallway from the kitchen, you will find the bathroom.
On the opposite side of the clubhouse, there is a lovely sitting room with books, a modern rug, & a tranquil painting. Next to this room, you will find a spare room where we keep the folding tables and chairs.

Reservations
The Clubhouse may be rented by homeowners only for personal use. To reserve the clubhouse or host a pavilion event, please contact Access Management at info@accessmgt.com. In your email, please be sure to mention your property address & the date you would like to reserve the clubhouse so they may check the calendar for availability. All reservation requests must be received by Liberty at least 10 days before your requested event date.
Please note that due to COVID-19, clubhouse events are limited to only 1 per week, & events are limited to having only 30 guests in attendance. Additionally, please keep in mind that the event host is required to be at the event throughout its duration.
The rental fee for having a clubhouse event is $160.00 & the security deposit is $500.00.
All events must end by midnight.
