As you may or may not know, someone has applied for a special use permit for an 8-acre property on Camp Branch Road. We have attached Gwinnett County's Planning & Development Department Case Report to this post.
If you would like to attend the hearings related to this matter, the Gwinnett County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at 7:00 pm. The location will be at Gwinnett Justice Administration Center Auditorium 75 Langley Drive, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30046.
Please note the association does not have an official stance on this special use permit & will not be getting involved with the public hearing.
